Ezekiel Ko’iaweawe Gamiao Kekuna recently concluded a successful run on Broadway as Young Simba in The Lion King. Hailing from Kaneohe, Hawaii, Ezekiel began his performance journey at the age of six with the I’m A Bright Kid Foundation and 24-7 Danceforce Studio. His stage credits include Dandy Dan in Bugsy Malone Jr. at The Ronald E. Bright Theatre and Fletcher in The Bodyguard at Diamond Head Theatre.

Of Filipino, Hawaiian, African-American, Native-American, Irish, and English descent, Ezekiel values time with his family and friends, enjoys swimming with his older brother and sister, and has a passion for video games.

Ezekiel aspires to continue pursuing his passion for the performing arts—singing, dancing, playing the guitar, engaging in voiceover work, and acting both on stage and in other creative endeavors.
